McCain responds to the douchebaggery of Glenn Beck.

May 19, 2011

As many of you probably know by know, Glenn Beck felt that it was appropriate to ridicule Meghan McCain’s appearance. I can’t really figure it out. It would have been inappropriate for him to spend so much time insulting her appearance whatever she looked like. But given that he is a jowly, porcine creep and she is an attractive young woman, it’s not just inappropriate – it’s insane.

Reacting to a PSA about skin cancer in which Meghan McCain appeared wearing a dress that exposed her shoulders, Beck claimed that the thought of Ms. McCain naked made him want to vomit. He then went on to simulate vomiting repeatedly when her name was mentioned.

Ms. McCain, however, doesn’t need me to come to her rescue. Her own response to Mr. Beck is classic:

As a person who is known for his hot body, you must find it easy to judge the weight fluctuations of others, especially young women. If any of your daughters are ever faced with some kind of criticism of their physical appearance or weight, they should call me, because women’s body image is another issue I feel passionate about, and have become accustomed to dealing with and speaking with young women about on my college tours.

Glenn Beck is a sad, pathetic excuse for a human being. I wonder if it’s his intense religiosity, or the fact that he’s a conservative, that makes him such a vile and insensitive lout?

By the way, if you watch his program or listen to his radio program, you’re just as bad as he is.

Ms. McCain, on the other hand, is a very classy, young woman.
